Context<\/h2>\n

Following the acquisition of Home Trust, Fairstone Bank reached a defining milestone in its evolution. The transaction transformed the organization into a diversified Canadian banking platform, combining complementary offerings in consumer lending, credit cards, and residential mortgages. To fully realize the potential of this new organization, it was essential to align the leadership team around a shared vision, clear strategic priorities, and a concrete execution plan.<\/p>\n

The Project<\/h2>\n

We supported Fairstone Bank in developing a strategic plan to support the organization\u2019s integration and define the new bank\u2019s growth priorities. The mandate was carried out in three phases:<\/p>\n

1. Strategic diagnostic
\nAnalysis of the market, competitive positioning, and internal capabilities to establish a shared understanding of strategic priorities and value-creation levers.<\/p>\n

2. Vision and growth pillars
\nDefinition of a shared vision and identification of the key initiatives needed to drive growth, strengthen synergies across business lines, and expand the solutions offered to customers.<\/p>\n

3. Strategic alignment of the leadership team
\nDesign and facilitation of a strategic forum bringing together nearly 80 leaders to align the leadership team around the vision, business priorities, and a shared roadmap for strategy execution.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/section>\r\n\n\n\r\n
