Founded in Montreal, Hypertec has grown over more than 40 years into a global player in IT infrastructure, high-performance computing, and data centers, with a presence in more than 80 countries. In a context of rapid growth and a fast-evolving market driven by cloud computing and artificial intelligence, the company sought to establish a robust corporate strategy and strengthen strategic alignment across its business units in order to prioritize value-creating initiatives and support sustained international expansion.<\/p>\n

The Projects<\/h2>\n

Three strategic planning cycles were conducted to define the company\u2019s overall vision and align business unit objectives, while bringing greater structure and objectivity to the planning process.<\/p>\n

Cycle 1: Clarifying the Vision and Growth Priorities
\n Analysis of the business environment, identification of strategic opportunities, and development of a shared vision to align both corporate and business unit strategies with market realities.<\/p>\n

Cycle 2: Strengthening Strategic Coherence and Synergies
\n Update of the strategic plan based on progress achieved and evolving market conditions, with closer integration of business unit strategies to maximize synergies and leverage corporate capabilities.<\/p>\n

Cycle 3: Adapting Strategy to Rapidly Evolving Markets

The initiative strengthened strategic alignment both at the executive level and across business units, clarified investment priorities, and established a sustainable strategic planning discipline to support the organization\u2019s growth.
